Chip joins the HQ Water Solutions team bringing over a decade of customer-facing experience as a lead technician in the floor care industry. His background in studying and successfully implementing the latest technologies and methods, along with innovating new systems, makes him a valuable addition to the HQ team.

Chip’s commitment to water quality extends well beyond his position at HQ. In his free time, he volunteers with a local non-profit, where he plays an active role in protecting local waterways. Each month, Chip conducts water quality tests on local streams, gathering critical data that helps the organization monitor the health of the ecosystem. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the various factors that impact water quality. He understands the importance of high-quality water for both the environment and the community, and this passion fuels his dedication to ensuring access to clean, safe water for all.

Outside of work, Chip enjoys exploring nature, traveling, hiking, biking, and more! You can find him exploring Lancaster County and beyond with his dog and partner as well as enjoying a craft beer with friends.

Ben joins the team as a Lancaster County native with a B.S. in Natural Resources Mgmt. from SUNY-ESF in Syracuse. His dedication to the environment began right in his backyard along the Conestoga River. With years of experience spanning water treatment in Utah and natural resource roles in PA—including stream restoration, agriculture, sales, and environmental advocacy—Ben brings a well-rounded understanding of local ecosystems.
A Champion For Clean Water
Ben’s commitment to water quality goes far beyond his daily work. He actively serves the regional environment by volunteering monthly with the Conservancy, conducting crucial water quality testing throughout Lancaster County to monitor and protect local streams. His deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems fuels his dedication to ensuring exceptional service and clean, safe water for every client.
A Mind For Community & Action
Outside of his environmental work, Ben stays heavily engaged in his local community as a church council member and sound technician in Lancaster City. When he isn’t volunteering, he stays constantly on the move through running, skiing, and embracing an active lifestyle. Ben is also an avid Philadelphia sports fan who frequently attends games throughout the season to root for his favorite teams.

  Stephen shared with us about our water quality and how the RO system works very thoroughly and was on time, very professional.  Pat was very clean with our kitchen and professional during the installation.  Pat explained how the RO system would work, when the filters needed changed and how to bypass our Water Softener system, change the settings, check the salt levels and the water is great.
