Chip joins the HQ Water Solutions team bringing over a decade of customer-facing experience as a lead technician in the floor care industry. His background in studying and successfully implementing the latest technologies and methods, along with innovating new systems, makes him a valuable addition to the HQ team.
An Advocate For Water Quality
Chip’s commitment to water quality extends well beyond his position at HQ. In his free time, he volunteers with a local non-profit, where he plays an active role in protecting local waterways. Each month, Chip conducts water quality tests on local streams, gathering critical data that helps the organization monitor the health of the ecosystem. This hands-on experience has given him a deep understanding of the various factors that impact water quality. He understands the importance of high-quality water for both the environment and the community, and this passion fuels his dedication to ensuring access to clean, safe water for all.

Outside of work, Chip enjoys exploring nature, traveling, hiking, biking, and more! You can find him exploring Lancaster County and beyond with his dog and partner as well as enjoying a craft beer with friends.
